• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

We ship through trusted logistics partners such as DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, India Post, or other reliable courier services to ensure safe delivery across India.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Locations: 5–8 business days

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
  

4. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Shipping is free above ₹399.

• Below ₹399: A nominal shipping charge of ₹60 will be applied.

• Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Charges may vary based on weight and destination (as per actual courier rate).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email & Website to track your shipment status online.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or unboxing video proof.
We will assess and resolve the issue with a replacement or partial refund as applicable.
