THIRD EYE CHAKRA OIL

The Third Eye Chakra (Ajna in Sanskrit) motivates your visionary process and promotes understanding by reducing the cloudiness of illusion and confusion.

The energy of Ajna allows us to access our inner guidance that comes from the depths of our being. It allows us to cut through illusion and to access deeper truths - to see beyond the mind, beyond the words.

Location: forehead/between the eyebrows

Colour: Indigo blue

Element: Light

Mantra: AUM (Meditate repeating the mantra “AUM” silently or loudly to yourself).

Organs associated: Eye (the left eye in particular), Brain, medulla plexus and parts of the hypothalamus, memory storage, olfactory and visual systems, Pineal gland, Pituitary gland, Nervous system, some aspects of the ears and sinuses.

WAYS TO BALANCE THE THIRD EYE CHAKRA

1. Massage a few drops of oil on your Third Eye Chakra that is on the forehead between the eyes

2. Use the oil in a diffuser

3. Add a few drops in water before taking bath
