Colour : Violet/ White

Elements: All Elements. Mantra: OM (Meditate repeating the mantra “Om” silently or loudly to yourself.) WAYS TO BALANCE THE CROWN CHAKRA

1. Massage a few drops of oil on your Crown Chakra that is at the top of the head

2. Use the oil in a diffuser

3. Add a few drops in water before taking bath
